Former Romanian Finance Minister Darius Bogdan Valcov, 46, the recipient of a European arrest warrant issued on May 3 by the Romanian High Court of Justice, turned himself in this morning at the Portici Police Station, in the province of Naples.
Valcov is serving a 6-year prison sentence for the crimes of bribery of a person in charge of a public service and influence peddling.
