«We believe that the attention of the Region and the Government towards industrial development areas such as that of Giugliano, the only one so far excluded from the Special Economic Zones, which is of absolute importance and should instead be strengthened.
We therefore appeal to the Government, so that the tax benefits can be of a multi-year nature and allow the business system to adequately develop investment plans".
Thus Alessandro Limatola, general secretary of Claai Campania, on the occasion of the signing of the agreement between the Association of crafts and small and medium-sized enterprises and the Consortium of entrepreneurs of the Asi area of Giugliano for the opening of a consultancy desk for businesses, which took place this morning at the Claai headquarters in Naples and in which, among others, the municipal councilor of Giugliano Francesco Iovinella participated. «
The value of this protocol is not only symbolic, but also substantial – added Limatola – Claai believes strongly in the relationship between agricultural consortia and therefore districts such as Giugliano.
He also believes that infrastructures must be strongly strengthened, that the organization of podiums as already happened in the private sector, also within the Asi consortia, in particular those of Campania, can be a very strong engine of development and strong attraction for the national and international industrial system".
The agreement is part of the initiatives that Claai has implemented to expand its membership base and assist members in a widespread manner throughout the Metropolitan City of Naples.
The desk will last one year and will have specific functions for the benefit of the companies present within the Giugliano Consortium: a Claai official once a week in the Consortium premises will offer consultancy services to companies for credit, administrative practices and Cciaa (Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, Agriculture) conciliation service and contractual assistance, subsidized finance, Mepa (Public Administration Electronic Market), training and technical updating, workplace safety, bilateralism and artisan integration cases.
"Today we are finalizing another important initiative that we are carrying forward with great interest in the territory, that of proximity to entrepreneurs - underlines Giuseppe Cerella, provincial president of Claai Naples - thanks to the contribution and collaboration with the Consortium of entrepreneurs of Giugliano we have opened a counter with a constant and daily presence of one of our officials who can interact with companies, aimed at streamlining all activities ranging from credit to bureaucratic practices to support the company.
All this in a province like Giugliano, which is expanding with exponential growth in a vast territory".
For Luigi Russo, president of the Consortium of Entrepreneurs of the Asi Zone of Giugliano: «This is a protocol that I wanted to define as an “enlargement of the family”, in the sense that with the Asi Naples Consortium and the Municipalities of Giugliano and Qualiano we are trying to network to fight together what is our common enemy, that is, the bureaucracy that wastes our time and creates big problems for companies.
With Claai we are trying to eliminate these obstacles and give an extra push. With the birth of this counter there will be a continuous exchange, furthermore opening it in the industrial area will be a further support for our entrepreneurs, which include 70 companies with a pool of 3 thousand employees".
