Inclusion is an increasingly important value for our society, and even more so in companies that are trying to create a work environment where all employees feel valued and respected, regardless of their origin, race, gender, religion or sexual orientation.
An inclusive company aims to offer all its employees the same opportunities for growth and development, regardless of their personal characteristics and backgrounds. This means that they are more likely to hire people from all walks of life, who can bring new skills and perspectives to the team. And this is one of the goals of Fire, a solid reality that has more than 20 offices between Campania and Lazio and numerous affiliated companies in Italy.
Fire was born from the idea of 4 young entrepreneurs with a long experience in the sales sector (Daniele Perfetto, Stefania Valente, Anna De Maria, Paolo Scala), later specializing in Teleselling, and has the goal of becoming a point of reference in the sector and for those who are looking for a secure job.
The “mille culure” become points of reference, reiterated in the company event of July 28, by the company underline the desire to train employees to ensure constant professional growth in an environment that is always dynamic and stimulating.
Among the focuses expressed during the summer party held in the evening organized specifically to thank the employees, the value of greater diversity emerged: with a diverse work team, one is more creative and productive.
To underline the theme, the organization wanted to focus on a multicolored dress code (and since it's in Naples, a thousand cultures is a must), just to convey the idea of overcoming all that is individualism (positive or negative of a person's experience).
The dress code takes inspiration from the peace flag, currently the most used and well-known symbol against all forms of racism and violence.
People who have unique experiences and perspectives that can add value to the company and where they feel comfortable lead to greater innovation: people with diverse experiences are more likely to think in new ways and find creative solutions to problems. This can lead to increased innovation and social well-being.
And so it was the main theme of the entire summer party… greater employee satisfaction, demonstrating that those who feel included and respected are more satisfied with their daily lives, increasingly willing to reduce turnover and increase productivity.
