The commissioner of Napoli has adopted two measures of prohibition of access to sporting events (DASPO), lasting three years, against two Neapolitans aged 34 and 41; in particular, the two, at the end of the Napoli-Sampdoria football match on 4 June at the “Maradona” stadium, had launched and triggered some homemade pyrotechnic devices in Piazza Gabriele D'Annunzio until, not without difficulty, they were stopped by the operators; therefore, they had been reported for lighting and dangerous explosions on the public road, resistance and violence to a Public Official, launching homemade pyrotechnic devices without the CE mark and launching dangerous material during sporting events.
Two more daspos, lasting two years, were issued against two individuals aged 16 and 18 in relation to the ASD Sorrento 1945-Cassino football match on 16 April; specifically, the two had been reported for using dangerous material during sporting events because, during the influx phases to the sports facility, they had set off a firecracker in the direction of the guest supporters' sector.
Finally, another measure, lasting two years, was imposed on a 32-year-old from Torre del Greco who, at the end of the Turris-Messina football match on March 25, had been reported for using dangerous materials during sporting events because, brandishing a belt, he had attempted to clash with visiting fans, an event avoided only thanks to the timely intervention of the police.
