Federico II, Master in health management becomes a qualification for management roles in national health service structures

The Master's Degree in Healthcare Management at the Federico II University of Naples has been recognized as a management training certificate.

This is established by a decree of the Regional Council of Campania. The recognition allows the Master to obtain accreditation as a valid course, not only for the release of the university title of Master of II level, but also for the acquisition of the managerial training certificate for general, health, administrative directors and directors of complex structures.

Therefore, the Master, following recognition by the Campania Region, acquires the value of a course qualifying for management functions in the structures of the National Health Service. The Master is based at the Department of Public Health of the University of Federico II and is coordinated by Professor Maria Triassi.

“This is an important recognition for the Federico II University,” commented the University’s rector, Matteo Lorito. “The possibility of training managers in the healthcare sector adds a further piece to the post-graduate training we offer, which is already very rich in masters, Academy, and professional courses. The Region’s provision allows our University to further strengthen its contribution to the healthcare world.”
