On Saturday 11th November from 15.00pm, there will be the first edition of 'Today's Bourbon Naples, between history and excellence of Campania'.
“A day dedicated to the Bourbons at the Casina Vanvitelliana, with the patronage of the Municipality of Bacoli and the intervention of the Mayor Josi della Ragione; a cultural showcase of our history. This is the purpose of the event curated in detail, on behalf of the association 1° Reggimento Re – declares the president of the association Angela Cuccillato – with the support of the vice president Nicola Monacella (and in collaboration with the Centro Ittico Campano), where the historical reenactment, culture, art and music are presented as a cross-section of the Bourbon world of yesterday, through the historical reenactment and conference, and of today with the presence of Campania excellences: from the world of Capodimonte porcelain with Giovanni Carusio, from painting (with the collections of paintings by Marie Hance "Jamais plus", on the theme of violence against women, "Moments Blue" dedicated to the Napoli footballers, and a tribute to Bacoli), passing through gastronomy with the Pasticceria Identitaria and the excellent Enodelta wines, all in the presence of the Bottega delle due Sicilie. In the morning there will be only one exercise.
In addition to the 2024 Calendar of the Bourbon Naples, many cultural projects will be presented that concern the valorization of our history. With the media collaboration of 'Cartoline parlanti' curated by Dr. Nicola Forte and 'L'Identitario', the percussionist Michele De Meo with the Tarambuca and the artist Franco Barzetti, Passi&Note, will be present as guests. In short, an excellent start, in a place of strong memory and unique beauty, an event that will be repeated every year!” – concludes Angela Cuccillato.
