The rankings for the public competition, by examination, aimed at recruiting sixteen permanent non-managerial staff units, to be classified in the roles of the Municipality of Caivano, have been made public on the Inpa portal.
The resources will be used in technical, environmental, IT profiles and in the activities of the social policies and education sector. The Extraordinary Commission of Caivano, composed of Filippo Dispenza, Simonetta Calcaterra and Maurizio Alicandro, has underlined that it has been accomplished “another important step forward in the process of strengthening and modernizing the municipal administrative apparatus”.
The news is published on the institutional website of the Municipality of Caivano with the link to the INPA portal and the Municipal Offices have immediately started the necessary checks prior to the hiring that will take place as soon as possible. According to a published note, “Thanks to the collaboration with the Department of Civil Service and the Ripam Commission, the competition was completed in a short time.
This first contingent will be integrated with the 15 surveillance profiles to be used for territorial control, at the end of the tests.
This is only the first step that the Extraordinary Commission wanted to take immediately to ensure the improvement of the response from the Municipal Offices to the citizens of Caivano in terms of efficiency of the services offered, within the scope of a complete reorganization of the administrative apparatus, which will still see new hires in the Authority and specific professional training courses for the individual categories".
