The agents of the San Carlo-Arena Police Station of the State Police arrested a 50-year-old Napoli on Tuesday evening during a territory control service.

The man was noticed while giving something to another person in exchange for money on Lahalle Street. The police intervened, stopping the suspect and finding him in possession of 5 packages of hashish (about 14 grams), a package of marijuana (about 1,7 grams) and a cell phone.

Having reasonable grounds to believe that there could be further elements of a crime, the officers extended the search to the man's home, where they found:

The man was arrested for illegal possession of narcotics and reported for two violations of the Highway Code: he was driving with an expired license and with a vehicle already seized.
