He was stabbed for a girl fought over outside school when he was only 16. It happened last November in Marcianise outside the “GB Novelli” school.
And this morning the Carabinieri of the Operational Nucleus of the Marcianise Company, in collaboration with the Operational Section of the Seregno Company (Monza-Brianza), executed a custodial detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
Three young people with no criminal record were found responsible for attempted murder, personal injury and illegal possession of objects capable of causing offence, aggravated by premeditation, futile motives, the number of participants and the involvement of a minor under 18.

The contested facts occurred in marcianise on November 22, 2023, near the “GB Novelli” school. The suspects, together with two other accomplices already arrested, organized and perpetrated an assault on a 16-year-old boy. The victim was stabbed several times, including one to the left shoulder blade, and received a prognosis of more than 30 days.
The measure is the result of a complex investigation that included technical activities and traditional checks, providing overwhelming evidence against the suspects. They were transferred to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere and Monza District Prisons.
