The second and final event of the fourth edition of "Ami Cetara," in collaboration with Ambientarti, is scheduled for Sunday, August 4th at 8:30 pm. This exclusive event, taking place on the terrace of Largo Madonnina at the port of Cetara, will be dedicated to lovers of unconventional literature. Among the evening's guests will be Francesco Roggero, known as Auroro Borealo, a musician and author renowned for his collection of unusual books.
Francesco Roggero and the “Ugly Books” Collection
Francesco Roggero, alias Auroro Borealo, is known for his Instagram page “Libri brutti” which has collected over two thousand unusual and funny titles since 2003. The page has more than 60 thousand followers, including writers and publishers, making it a true cultural phenomenon. During the event, Roggero will present some of the most incredible covers of Italian literature, reading excerpts from these books that are both unlikely and cult.
A Unique Gastronomic Experience
The event also promises a unique food and wine experience, with small delicacies offered by Iasa and Pane e Coccos. GinAlì deserves a special mention, the first gin made with Cetara DOP anchovy colatura, which will be one of the highlights of the evening. Guests will be able to taste these specialties and participate in a special aperitif.
Fun and Entertainment
The evening will culminate with a vinyl set by Maria Nadia Faiella, a female black and soul music enthusiast, who will ensure fun until midnight. In addition to the classic long drinks, non-alcoholic and refreshing drinks proposed by Dimmidisì will be available, perfect for adults and children. In addition, a PhotoBooth will be set up to immortalize fun moments and create memories of the event and the splendid view of the port of Cetara.
