Scenes of ordinary violence in the Historic Center of Naples, where two very young people targeted a shop, committing repeated thefts, throwing rubbish inside the business and even going as far as insult and spit in the face to employees.

The images of the episodes, documented by the managers, were sent to the MP of the Green-Left Alliance, Francesco Emilio Borrelli, who publicly denounced the incident.
Borrelli's warning: "They are an expression of criminal circles, they must be removed"
The MP described the two boys as "already experienced and experienced in delinquent behaviour", underlining how act methodically and without hesitation, a symptom of a degraded family and social context.
“I have sent the images to the competent authorities so that those responsible can be traced and they can be handed over to social services”, Borrelli declared, adding that, if a link with criminal circles were to emerge, minors should be removed from their families to guarantee them a different future.
The request: Break the chain of deviance
Borrelli reiterated the need for a structural measure to protect minors raised in criminal contexts, to interrupt the “passing of the baton” between generations and stop an escalation of youth violence that seems unstoppable.
Meanwhile, the case has rekindled the debate on safety in the Historic Centre and on the need for concrete actions to stem the phenomenon of baby gang, increasingly aggressive and organised.

It is really alarming to see how two very young people can behave in such a violent way. The situation in the Historic Center seems to be getting worse every day, and the authorities should intervene before it is too late. We hope that these measures proposed by Deputy Borrelli can really make a difference.
