The fight against illegal occupation and irregular construction work in public real estate in Naples continues: officers from the Local Police's Operational Unit for the Protection of Property intervened in the Sanità neighborhood, in via San Vincenzo, following a report from some citizens.
Here they discovered two houses, owned by the Municipality, illegally occupied by two individuals who, in addition to having settled there without a title, were carrying out structural construction works in the total absence of authorizations. Those responsible were reported to the judicial authority, while the properties have been placed under seizure, pending its return to the availability of the municipal assets.
A second intervention took place in the neighborhood of Scampia, where the officers gained access to a property owned by theACER (Campana Agency for Residential Building) located in Largo Nicola Abbagnano. Also in this case, the house had been occupied without authorization and subjected to illegal building modificationsThe property was immediately seized and, like the other two, will be reinstated in the city's real estate assets.
