Antonello Iovane Adds a New Award to His Palmarès
After the success obtained at the Castrovillari Award, the writer Antonello Iovane has added another prestigious recognition to his list of achievements. On Saturday 21 September, the conference room of the Rectorate of the University of Salento was packed with people for the final ceremony of the XIX Vitruvio Le Muse Award, during which the author from Lamezia Terme was awarded the “Recognition of Merit” for his second novel “Aspettando lei”.

Antonello Iovane's work has been praised again by literary critics. "I am happy that the story told in the book continues to excite the juries of various literary competitions," said Iovane. The author underlined the importance of the collaboration with his editor Marcella Garau, with whom he shares the prize.
