18-Year-Old Moroccan Stabbed in Piazza Garibaldi
At 3,50:112 the Carabinieri of the radiomobile unit - alerted by 18 - intervened in Piazza Garibaldi for an injured person. Shortly before, an XNUMX-year-old originally from Morocco had been injured in the legs by unknown persons with a cutting weapon and for reasons still unknown.
118 personnel transferred the injured man to the emergency room of the Pellegrini hospital. The 18-year-old is still hospitalized but, at the moment, his life is not in danger.
In this case too, the images from the security cameras in Piazza Garibaldi are helping the investigation.
Sri Lankan man shot and wounded in Settembrini Street
Four minutes later, the Carabinieri of the Naples mobile radio unit intervened in the historic center, in via Settembrini (at number 23) for a man of Sri Lankan origins, wounded by a gunshot.
This is a 50-year-old man, who was grazed in the head by a bullet. The dynamics of this case are still to be clarified. The man, taken to the emergency room of Pellegrini, his life is not in danger.
But since dawn had not yet arrived at 4,15 a new intervention by the Carabinieri of the radiomobile unit, always at the emergency room of the Pellegrini hospital.
Stabbed in the Spanish Quarters during a robbery
A 42-year-old man from Sri Lanka had been transferred for stab wounds.
From an initial summary reconstruction, yet to be verified, it seems that the victim, while walking along Via San Liborio in the Spanish Quarter, was injured by unknown individuals in an attempted robbery.
For the victim, already discharged with a 10 day prognosis, a “puncture wound and cut to the abdomen and fifth finger of the left hand.” Investigations are underway by the Carabinieri, who are committed to reconstructing the event and ascertaining the veracity of the news.
