A 40-year-old Colombian man was arrested at Cartagena's Rafael Núñez International Airport while attempting to board a flight to Amsterdam with 220 grams of cocaine hidden under a toupee.
During the security checks, the Anti-Narcotics Police officers noticed the suspicious behavior of the man. A subsequent inspection revealed 19 capsules of cocaine hidden under a wig that was tight to the scalp. The value of the drug on the European market is estimated at around 10.000 euros.
A video released by the Colombian National Police shows the moment officers remove the wig, exposing the drug capsules. The suspect, originally from Pereira, has a criminal record for drug trafficking and was handed over to the Attorney General's Office on charges of trafficking, production and possession of narcotics.

It's incredible how people can think of doing certain things. Putting drugs under a wig and thinking you won't be caught is really stupid. I hope he gets punished for what he did, it's an example not to follow.
