Verona – 18/02/2025 doValue SpA (“doValue” or the “Company”, Euronext Milan DOV.MI), a leading provider of strategic financial services, real estate management and value-added services in Southern Europe, announces new appointments in Italy through its subsidiary Gardant SpA (“Gardant”).
Among the Special Servicing mandates, Gardant has been entrusted with new assets under management by Amco, which are added to what is already managed for Amco by the Group through doValue and Gardant. The portfolio is composed of both UTP and NPL credits, mainly corporate, consisting of both secured and unsecured positions.
Gardant has assumed the roles of Master Servicer and Special Servicer in a multioriginator securitization of NPLs promoted by Luigi Luzzatti SCpa (“Luzzatti”), a consortium company controlled by 19 Banche Popolari. 9 financial institutions are participating in the transaction. Together with other minor mandates, the total additional assets under management in Italy stands at €1,5 billion as of the beginning of 2025.
With these mandates, new business GBV increases to €3,1 billion just weeks into the year (not counting forward flow contracts), already well positioned to reach the €8 billion new business GBV target in 2025 and having exceeded the 2024 target.
Gardant has also been appointed Servicer, Corporate Servicer and Calculation Agent of the basket bond program promoted by BPER Banca and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti with a guarantee from the Emilia Romagna Region in favor of sustainable investments by local SMEs for a total value of €0,1 billion. The program opened with the inaugural issue of two local companies that decided to undertake a path of sustainable growth by using alternative sources of financing to traditional credit channels
