Yet another episode of racism in Italian football.
Moise Kean, striker of Fiorentina and National, was targeted by racist slurs at the end of the match between the Viola and Inter.Kean himself reported the incident and published some stories on Instagram showing the messages received and commenting bitterly with the sentence: “Again, in 2025…”, accompanied by emoticons expressing disgust. At night, the Fiorentina released an official statement in which it expressed total solidarity with the player, firmly condemning any form of discrimination.
“The club stands by the side of Moise Kean and informs that all the people responsible for such actions have been reported to the competent authorities.” The episode reignites the debate on Fight against racism in stadiums and on the need for more effective measures to prevent and punish such behavior.

It is unacceptable that in 2025 there are still incidents of racism in football. Kean deserves respect and support, not insults. We hope that the authorities take these reports seriously to avoid the repetition of such situations.
