The State Police conducted an extraordinary patrol of the Secondigliano neighborhood. The operation involved officers from the Police Station. Secondigliano, in collaboration with staff from the Labour Inspectorate, the ASL Na1 Centro – UOSD Collective Prevention and Veterinary Service, and technicians from ENEL and RETE 2I GAS.
Results of the operation 40 people were identified, 15 of whom had a police record. During the checks, 16 vehicles were checked, with two being subjected to administrative seizure. In addition, eight violations of the Highway Code were contested.
The operators inspected a commercial establishment in Via del Cassano, reporting the owner for gas theft and serious violations of health and safety at work. In addition, an administrative fine was imposed for the absence of the SCIA (certified notification of commencement of activity) and several prescriptions were imposed for the possession of drinks intended for retail sale.
During the checks, three irregular workers were discovered and approximately half a ton of food products lacking the essential hygiene and health requirements were seized.
