SAN NICOLA LA STRADA – The action to combat drug dealing in the Largo Rotonda area continues: yesterday, March 13, the Carabinieri of the Caserta Company arrested a 33-year-old from Gambia, caught red-handed while selling drugs to an occasional buyer.
The man arrived on a bicycle in the square and was immediately approached by an Italian citizen. After a brief exchange, the pusher handed over a dose of hashish in exchange for money. The Carabinieri of the radiomobile section, stationed in a secluded area, witnessed the scene and immediately intervened, blocking both.
The subsequent search confirmed the suspicion: the buyer had 1,80 grams of hashish with him, while the 33-year-old Gambian was found in possession of another 2 grams of the same substance and 20 euros in cash, the sum received for the sale of the drug. The arrested man, who attempted to run away in an attempt to escape the control, will be judged with a direct trial.
The buyer, however, was reported to the Prefecture. With this arrest, the number of arrests and reports for drug dealing carried out by the Carabinieri since the beginning of the year in the same area rises to 15, confirming Largo Rotonda as one of the drug dealing hot spots in the province of Caserta.

This article talks about an arrest for drug dealing, but I don't understand how anyone can think that drugs are a solution to problems. People need to think about these choices that hurt everyone.
