The cameras of Rai 3 are back to focus on the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. This time to follow, step by step, the trial of Amedeo Di Maro, 50 years old, accused of having attacked with extreme violence a teacher inside the Gallozzi School Institute. A case that has caused an uproar and that now also lands on the famous program "A day in the Magistrates Court”, with journalist Antonella Nafra documenting the first hearing of the trial in the courtroom.
According to the investigations conducted by the men of the Police Station, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor Armando Bosso, Di Maro broke into the school a year and a half ago, while some parents were protesting against a teacher. Convinced - wrongly - that it was the teacher who would have bothered his daughter, he instead attacked Professor Giuseppe Morelli, vice principal of the school complex, hitting him with a punch in the face so violently that it caused serious injuries to his eye, with a prognosis of 80 days.
The investigation was started by the detailed complaint filed by the victim, assisted by lawyers Gaetano and Raffaele Crisileo, who also requested compensation for damages in civil court. In the courtroom, in the presence of judge Alessandra Vona, the professor was the first to testify, retracing that attack with intense and dramatic words. The trial will continue on June 5, always under the watchful eye of the cameras of Rai 3.
