Late yesterday afternoon, law enforcement officers placed handcuffs on a 37-year-old from the province of Caserta, with a sentence of over three years in prison.
The operation, which saw the agents of the Secondigliano Police Station spring into action, underlines how justice can suddenly fall upon those who have eluded its clutches.
The officers executed a provision issued on April 24 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples - Criminal Enforcement Office, nailing the man for events that occurred in Naples in 2015.
The sentence includes a 3-year and 8-month prison sentence for sexual assault and personal injury.
