The decision was made by the prison administration to ensure his safety.
The detention difficulties reported by the lawyer
The provision was communicated to theLawyer Mario Mangazzo, legal of Tucci. It was the criminal lawyer himself who reported, after the validation hearing, that the young man was meeting “difficulty managing everyday life”.
Mangazzo had highlighted that, although Tucci had not been beaten, “initially he did not find a favorable climate”.
“At the moment it is in a protected area and is quite controlled,” the lawyer explained, adding however that “this prison, given where it is located, right next to the city, is not a safe place, even for the family members who come to visit him.” The transfer to a different institution in the region therefore responds to these concerns.
The accusations and the wait for the autopsy
In Tucci, the magistrates of Naples North contest the charges of murder, concealment of a corpse and the aggravating circumstance of cruelty. Meanwhile, the investigations continue to clarify every detail of the tragic event.
A fundamental step will be the autopsy on the body of Martina Carbonaro, scheduled for tomorrow, June 3. The autopsy will provide crucial elements for the reconstruction of the dynamics of the murder and to corroborate the accusations made against the young man.
