The military seized a beach resort in via Dottor Tommaso Morgera and reported the company's legal representative for illegally opening places of public entertainment.
The Abusive Event and the Ignored Ban
The controls of Carabinieri they found that, despite an explicit ban issued by the Municipality on May 30, the event had been organized without any necessary authorization.
The area, on which a wooden platform had been installed, was intended exclusively for a bathing establishment and not as a place of public entertainment.
Each participant had paid an entrance fee of 25 euros to take part in the evening. The 236 customers present were removed without any particular public order problems, allowing the military to proceed with the seizure of the beach and the complaint of the entrepreneur.
The operation underlines the commitment of the police forces in fighting illegal activities and ensuring compliance with the regulations in the territory.
