The earth shakes again in Campi Flegrei, after a few days of truces. This morning in fact a strong earthquake at 6.48: it was recorded in the Phlegraean area.

The seismic event preceded by a loud bang was also felt in Naples. The earth shook twice in quick succession as shown by the seismograph of the Vesuvius Observatory. The shock, as reported on the INGV website, had a magnitude of 3.2 and was located with geographic coordinates (lat, lon) 40.8297, 14.1493 to a depth of 3 km.
