After more than twenty years of minimal results, the City of Naples has decided to turn the page on urban planning. The City Council has approved the strategic document amending the General Master Plan, aiming to profoundly reform the way the city's land is planned and transformed.
This measure aims to overcome the serious shortcomings of the old Urban Planning Framework (PRG), which has so far only been able to implement 11% of its forecasts through the implementation of urban planning plans.
