State Police arrested a man who refused to provide his personal details and attacked officers who intervened during a check on Via Sannitica.


Casoria, 36-year-old arrested for resisting arrest and threatening police officers
Yesterday afternoon in Casoria, a 36-year-old resident of Naples was arrested by the State Police on charges of resisting arrest and threatening a public official.
The man was spotted by officers from the Afragola Police Station near a business on Via Sannitica, where he immediately displayed hostile behavior. During the identification process, he refused to provide his personal details and began shouting at the officers.
After being stopped and taken to the police station, he continued to behave threateningly, even attempting to assault officers. During the operation, he was also found to be in possession of approximately one gram of narcotics, for which he was fined for personal drug use. Following these incidents, the 36-year-old was arrested by officers conducting a patrol.
