Castellammare, hashish hidden in underwear: young drug dealer arrested
A 20-year-old with no criminal record was stopped in Castellammare di Stabia with approximately 100 grams of hashish hidden in his underwear and €245 in cash, believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing.

During a routine traffic check on Via delle Terme in Castellammare di Stabia, a Carabinieri patrol stopped a moped with two young men on board. The youths' nervous behavior prompted the officers to conduct a more thorough check.
The passenger, a 20-year-old local man with no criminal record, had an unusual bulge in his pants. A search revealed a 100-gram block of hashish, another package of approximately 6 grams, and a cellophane bag hidden in his underwear.
€245 in cash, suspected to be the proceeds of drug dealing, was also found in the young man's pouch. He was arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and is currently under house arrest awaiting trial.
