Juve Stabia's administration order has been extended: another six months to complete the cleanup.

Naples – SS Juve Stabia srl has been placed under judicial protection for another six months. The Court of Naples – Section for the Application of Preventive Measures – has extended the measure for the Campanian football club, confirming Mario Ferrara and Salvatore Scarpa as administrators.

The decision was reached following a deliberation session chaired by magistrates Teresa Areniello, along with her colleagues Mariarosaria Orditura and Luciano di Transo. In their ruling, the panel deemed it "appropriate to maintain the current measure," emphasizing the positive results of the remediation effort begun in October 2025.

A process of "remediation" of the company's internal services that also included the adoption of a Code of Conduct, a tool capable of structuralizing the legal action imposed by the Court.

The legal case involving the Stabio company began in Naples following a joint application filed by the National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Naples Police Chief.

The investigations had revealed a "system of mafia-style influence on the company's economic activity" attributable to the D'Alessandro Camorra clan, a criminal organization dominant in the Castellammare di Stabia area.

Welcoming the news of the extension, administrators Ferrara and Scarpa expressed their gratitude: "We are honored by the Court's decision and grateful for the trust placed in us. This additional six months will allow us to continue operating with the utmost commitment, dedication, and passion in the service of Juve Stabia."

The two administrators, who embarked on a year ago, describe the process as complex but crucial for guiding the club toward stability and consolidation. "We will continue to support the athletes of Castellammare," they conclude, "having experienced firsthand, in recent months, the deep and visceral bond that unites the team to the city and its people."
