As part of a nightlife control plan, police headquarters and local authorities monitored the bars in Chiaia and surrounding streets, identifying 51 people and reporting irregularities at two businesses.

Nightlife in Naples: intensified checks between San Ferdinando and Poggioreale, two people reported and fined for illegal occupation.
As part of a coordinated plan between the Naples Police Headquarters, the San Ferdinando and Poggioreale police stations, the Guardia di Finanza, the Local Police, and the Local Health Authority NA 1 Centro, enforcement efforts in nightlife areas have been stepped up. The intervention focused in particular on the Chiaia bar district and the surrounding streets, with the objectives of ensuring safety, decorum, and compliance with current measures.
During the operation, 51 people were identified, 18 of whom had criminal records. Two individuals were reported for repeatedly practicing illegal parking and for violating DACUR regulations, which prohibited access to urban areas hosting nightlife.
During the inspections, nine businesses were inspected. Significant non-compliance was discovered among some of the owners, and two businesses were fined for illegal occupation of public land, with total fines of €1.000.
Checks will continue to ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and decorum in the areas of Naples' nightlife.
