Around Somma Vesuviana with a revolver: a criminal arrested. The Carabinieri comb the streets. Searches, 2 arrests and 1 report at large
I Carabinieri from the Castello di Cisterna company – as part of the services arranged by the provincial command of Naples – searched the streets of Sant'Anastasia and the surrounding municipalities.
2 arrests, 1 person reported, 30 vehicles checked and 67 people identified.
The military of the Arma were also engaged in many searches. In one of these, Antonio Buonincontri, a 44-year-old from Somma Vesuviana already known to the police, ended up in handcuffs. The man was found in possession of a 38 Smith & Wesson revolver with 5 cartridges inside. The weapon - reported stolen in 2017 - was perfectly functional and ready for use.
The Carabinieri of the Pomigliano D'arco station arrested - pursuant to a provision issued by the Brescia court - a 48-year-old with no criminal record. The man is considered responsible for drunk driving in 2017.
A 38-year-old with no criminal record was reported in Casalnuovo for dangerous explosions. The Carabinieri – alerted by 112 because gunshots had been reported – searched his home.
2 blank guns and 192 cartridges were found and seized, which were identical to 6 others that the military had found under the 38-year-old's balcony. The operations will continue in the coming days
