The investigations, conducted by the military of the Investigative Unit of the Provincial Command, also allowed them to acquire important evidence in relation to a “mafia” management of illegal parking near nightclubs in the Phlegraean area. The parking attendants had to pay a bribe of at least 200 euros per week.
Following investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples, District Anti-Mafia Directorate, the Carabinieri of the investigative unit of the provincial command of Naples have executed a personal precautionary measure, issued by the investigating judge of the Neapolitan court against 15 suspects, all belonging to the D'Ausilio clan, operating in the neighborhoods of Cavalleggeri d'Aosta, Bagnoli, Coroglio and Agnano, considered seriously suspected, on various counts, of mafia-type association, murder, personal injury, illegal possession of weapons, extortion, aiding and abetting, receiving stolen goods.
