MA, from Battipaglia, born in 1982, already under house arrest due to a final judgment, after targeted investigations, following a personal and house search, was found in possession of nine doses of heroin and 150 euros in small denomination banknotes, as well as packaging material, including a digital scale and various plastic materials for packaging the doses.
Following the findings, the thirty-eight-year-old was arrested and placed at the disposal of the Judicial Authority, which ordered his submission to the pre-cautionary measure of house arrest, pending the validation judgment.
