One of the robbers who caused an accident on the Asse Mediano has been released
Silvio Pirozzi, known as 'o pilota in the Salicelle district of Afragola, protagonist of an accident on the Asse Mediano, having taken an exit the wrong way, while fleeing from the police after committing a robbery with accomplices, has been released due to a procedural defect. In fact, as Internapoli reports, the Review Court has ordered the release of Pirozzi due to the ineffectiveness of the precautionary custody measure in prison due to untimeliness of the notification relating to the notice of the setting of the chamber hearing.
To celebrate his release from prison, fireworks were set off in his residential neighborhood, the Salicelle district.
Meanwhile, even on social media, as reported to the Regional Councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli, there are those who rejoice for the release of 'o pilota. These are the same people who showed solidarity for the Afragolesi robbers when they were arrested and who spread on social media the shameful media attack on the carabinieri for the arrests in Rione Salicelle which turned out to be artfully mounted to discredit the force.
“It is incredible that a dangerous criminal, who also risked killing innocent people, is being released due to a procedural flaw. We are speechless. Is bureaucracy more important than justice? The decision should be reviewed immediately.
The jubilation for this release is evidence of a criminal culture that continues to spread in increasingly rapid and dangerous ways.” - commits Councilor Borrelli
"We live in a society where values seem to be turned upside down. We celebrate a release from prison, we condemn the state, we justify crimes and much more. Fortunately, the city of Afragola is not this, not only that. Our local community is made up above all of many honest and free people, who are a hope and are the society on which we want and must build the future." - continues Salvatore Iavarone, coordinator of Europa Verde for the Northern area of Naples
