Macerata Campania. Death threats to his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend and beatings to her father with a baseball bat: a 20-year-old ends up in jail.
The Carabinieri of the Macerata Campania station have executed against a 20-year-old, in the province of Caserta, an order for the application of precautionary custody in prison issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, at the request of the Demand Sammaritana, for the crimes of stalking, aggravated threat, damage, private violence and aggravated personal injury. The investigations made it possible to ascertain numerous episodes carried out by the 20-year-old, starting from the month of July 2020, and of harassing, harmful and intimidating conduct against the minor girl and also her family members. The persecutions were based on jealousy and the refusal to accept the end of their romantic relationship.

The 20-year-old stalked the minor, systematically lurking near her home and in front of her school, damaging the window of the house and the entrance door, repeatedly threatening to kill the girl, even going so far as to intimidate the girl's family. A violent escalation that culminated in the attack on the girl's father who, last April 23, was reached while driving his car, forced to get out of it after an intentional rear-end collision and then repeatedly hit on the head with a baseball bat.
