Caserta. An aberrant story that took place within the home, sexual violence against the six-year-old daughter and the son's underage girlfriend: a 52-year-old man ends up in prison.
The 52-year-old accused of sexual violence against his minor daughter, abused since she was 6 years old, and another girl, who was his son's girlfriend at the time of the events, was transferred by the agents of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Police Station.
The police officers executed a detention order issued by the Sammaritan investigating judge, against the 52-year-old for the crimes of sexual violence against minors and mistreatment in the family. The investigations have reconstructed the repeated conduct over time by the man, starting with the abuse against his minor daughter that began when she was 6 years old.

The child was forced to undergo sexual acts at home even in the presence of her little brother. Further sexual abuse carried out by the suspect against another girl, 14 at the time, the son's girlfriend, was then reconstructed. The man had taken advantage of the girl's condition of weakness by pretending to replace the father figure, who had died shortly before, and then went so far as to surround her and force her to undergo repeated sexual acts, even consummated in the family home. Finally, the habitual harassing behavior of the man towards his wife and teenage children was reconstructed, forcing them to suffer, within the home, continuous humiliation and physical and verbal aggression. "In consideration of the suspect's perversion and his inclination to victimize minors, in line with the presumption established by law for cases of sexual violence," reads the press release from the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Public Prosecutor's Office, "the precautionary measure of detention in prison was ordered and carried out." The man was then taken to the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
