For the Christmas holidays, the FS Italiane Foundation has organized several events on a historic train to reach the traditional Christmas markets in the most beautiful villages in Italy, from North to South.
On Sunday 19 December, a historic train pulled by an electric locomotive will depart at 9:30 from Milan Central Station bound for Trento and Bolzano.
Intermediate stops are planned in Bergamo (45:10) and Brescia (15:10). Arrival in Trento is scheduled for 55:12, while those continuing to Bolzano will arrive at their destination at 18:12.
Also on Sunday 19 December, the historic train “Pietrarsa Express” will depart from Naples Central Station at 9.30:12.20, 15.15:XNUMX and XNUMX:XNUMX, bound for the Pietrarsa National Railway Museum.
Once at their destination, travellers will have the opportunity to visit the markets set up inside and take part in the entertainment activities offered by the Museum. The “Pietrarsa Express” will also travel on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 December, leaving from Naples at 10 and arriving at the Pietrarsa Museum at 10.36:XNUMX.
