Napoli: an app to promote tourist routes. The presentation of Vesuvius Tourism App at BMT 2022
Aggregating offers for a “slow and sustainable” tourism with the aim of promoting the riches of integrated routes that go from the Campi Flegrei to Vesuvius up to the islands of the gulf passing through the alleys of the historic center of Naples and the wonders of the archaeological sites of the Vesuvian area. This is the purpose with which Vesuvius Tourism App was born, from an idea of the entrepreneur Salvatore Graziano.
There are already about fifty tourism companies and stakeholders involved in the creation of the tourist itineraries that the portal will propose, but in these months the activity is concentrated on broadening the offer by calling together those who welcome and support the philosophy of the platform.
In the first months of 2022 Vesuvius Tourism will be an App for B2B and has already confirmed its presence in the most important national and international tourism fairs, to finally arrive on users' devices in 2023.
“With the development of Vesuvius Tourism App – explains Graziano – we have set our sights on what belongs to us and now it is our intention to encourage it, creating a business network and promoting agreements with local public administrations. We are certain of developing youth employment by reducing the phenomenon of talents fleeing and the risk of crime but we need to be an active part in enhancing the history and traditions of a thousand-year-old place made of architecture and art, sanctuaries and archaeological sites, local craftsmanship and food and wine”.
Vesuvius Tourism App will be presented to stakeholders and tourism businesses at the next edition of the Mediterranean Tourism Exchange scheduled in Naples from 18 to 20 March 2022.
