Eugenio Di Maio, who will be 34 next April, was arrested for trespassing by the Carabinieri of the Somma Vesuviana station. He was disguised when he entered a house on Via Scotola and it is not clear what his intentions were.
The owner of the house happened to be home at the same time and immediately alerted 112. Di Maio fled and, as he retreated, began throwing whatever he found in his path at him.
Once the stones were finished, the man was stopped by the Carabinieri on the roof of the building and then placed under house arrest in his apartment in Brusciano. He is now awaiting trial.
