On March 9, the State Police and the Carabinieri executed the arrest warrant issued by the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples and the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples against Ciro Minieri, Nicola Minieri, Cristian Monti, Antonio Napolitano and the minors LF, AF as suspects of the crimes of aggravated robbery, attempted multiple homicide and carrying common firearms in a public place, aggravated by the circumstance referred to in art. 416 bis 1 of the Criminal Code.
Ciro Minieri and Antonio Napolitano, in collusion and meeting with each other and other persons in the process of being identified, are seriously suspected of having committed the robbery of a Rolex watch of considerable value on 19.02.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX. A few days after this episode and as a consequence of it, the aforementioned persons under investigation (with the exception of Napolitano) are seriously suspected of having participated in a firefight, which took place in Montesanto square, in the early hours of 24.2.2022, with people who have not yet been identified.
During the execution of the arrest warrant, the Flying Squad managed to stop Nicola Minieri and the minor AF while they were travelling on a scooter, with a hidden license plate, armed with a 357 magnum pistol, with the serial number erased.
