Napoli. On Thursday morning the officers of the San Giovanni-Barra Police Station, the financial police of the 2nd Metropolitan Operational Unit of Napoli and personnel from the Excise, Customs and Monopolies Agency carried out a control service aimed at detecting anomalies in the operations of refueling gas cylinders for domestic use.
The operators, at a fuel station on Via Argine, noticed the arrival of a car whose driver, after having pulled up to the LPG column, instead of refueling his car, opened the hood and, in agreement with the petrol station attendant, illegally refueled a domestic gas cylinder.
The operators intervened and identified the owner and the employee of the distributor, sanctioning them for the violation of the regulations relating to the installation and operation of LPG filling, transfer and storage systems, as well as the exercise of the activity of distribution and sale of LPG in containers; the driver was sanctioned because he allowed the illegal filling of the cylinder in his possession.
