Avellino. Tragic road accident in the province of AVELLINO in which a 58-year-old motorcyclist lost his life. The victim, Roberto Dattolo, riding his Honda, collided head-on with a Citroen and was thrown several meters away. His conditions immediately appeared critical.
The 118 paramedics, who intervened on the outskirts of San Michele di Serino, where the accident occurred, stabilized him and transferred him to the hospital in AVELLINO, where he died in the following hours. The woman driving the car was unharmed. Investigations are underway by the Carabinieri to reconstruct the dynamics.
