Over 60.000 applications have been submitted for the maxi competition announced by 263 ASMEL Local Authorities for the hiring of 15 types of professional figures, including for activities included in the PNRR.
This is the first national call managed in aggregate form, in compliance with the Recruitment Decree (DL n. 80/2021, converted into law n.113/2021).
In this way, a list of suitable candidates for 15 professional roles is created, from which the Municipalities can draw at any time with a specific request for permanent or fixed-term hiring, such as for projects financed by the PNRR.
The candidates will be called next week to a selection carried out online, to be registered in the Lists of suitable candidates for professional figures valid for three years. During which, the Municipalities will be able to draw upon prior consultation among the members. Who will be able to respond based on their needs, without any obligation to respond to individual consultations. They will thus have the possibility of accepting those of the Municipalities in their geographical area without risking expensive travel outside the office.
This is also an important opportunity for all those young people who want to get involved in public administration by enhancing their territory. Furthermore, the candidates who are found suitable remain registered on the list for the entire three-year period until they obtain a permanent job.
According to the Secretary General of Asmel, Francesco Pinto, the success of the competition and the wide participation of the Municipalities demonstrate once again their ability to react with resilience to live needs in the daily management of resources, especially in a delicate phase such as that of the allocation of PNRR funds.
Support for hiring in Municipalities – asmel.eu/elencodiidonei – is one of the actions in favor of the associated Bodies that ASMEL implements. In fact, the Association has been enhancing local government action for years by promoting aggregative forms for the transition to digital and for the environmental transition, access to public and private funding, personnel management, training and procurement.
ASMEL is the Association for the Modernization and Subsidiarity of Local Authorities, a non-profit organization, whose action has allowed the networking of over 3.800 institutions throughout Italy with a pervasive and cooperative approach and creating communities in the sectors of eGovernment, training, access to public and private funding, commissioning, etc.
