CastellammareYesterday, the officers of the Castellammare Police Station and the Local Police personnel, with the support of the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in Castellammare of Stabia, in particular in the Savorito district, Piazza Principe Umberto, Corso Garibaldi and Via Annunziatella.
During the operation, 181 people were identified, 39 of whom had previous police records, 88 vehicles and 3 commercial establishments were checked and 10 violations of the Highway Code were also contested for illegal parking and failure to inspect the vehicle; furthermore, in Piazza Unità d'Italia a person was fined because he was caught exercising the activity of illegal parking attendant.
Finally, the operators reported in via Fratte a 76-year-old from Castellammare di Stabia, owner of a hospitality business, for not having communicated the personal details of a customer to the Police Authority within 24 hours.
