NapoliYesterday, State Police personnel executed a custodial detention order issued by the GIP of the Court of Napoli, at the request of the Anti-Mafia District Attorney's Office of Naples, against Gabriele Mariniello, aged 25, for the crimes of possession and carrying of a common firearm and private violence, aggravated by the mafia method.
The precautionary measure summarizes the results of the investigations relating to the explosion of gunshots which occurred on the night between 27 and 28 November 2021 outside a nightclub located in the Business Center of Naples.
The investigation revealed that that night the suspect, after having harassed the patrons of the club, was removed by the security personnel, but to avenge the affront, a few hours later he returned to the nightclub in question and, after having physically and verbally attacked the security personnel, fired shots during the outflow of customers.
