Naples, Metropolitan City votes on budget maneuver for 845 million. Two and a half million for tourism.
Green light from the Metropolitan Council of Naples to the budget maneuver for 845 million. The approval of the Authority's forecast arrived late yesterday evening.
The planning document for the 2022 financial year provides for 234 million euros in allocations for schools, 278,6 million for transport and the right to mobility, 72,5 million for sustainable development and protection of the territory and the environment, while 12,7 go to the protection and enhancement of cultural assets and activities.
Two and a half million have been earmarked for the development of tourism, two for urban planning and land use, 18 for employment support measures, while 98 million will be paid by the Metropolitan City to the State in implementation of spending containment regulations.
“A very positive work – stated the metropolitan mayor, Gaetano Manfredi at the end of the session – made by the offices and the highly qualified political group: a solid budget, with funds for schools, roads, the environment and public services, with great investment opportunities and which will provide concrete answers to the communities".
