Posillipo, more illegal moorings at Riva Fiorita: 53 boats seized and a 47-year-old Neapolitan with a police record reported.
This morning, officers from the Posillipo Police Station, personnel from the Port Authority - Coast Guard of Naples and the financial police from the Naples Air and Naval Operations Department, with the support of the Divers Unit of the General Prevention Office, carried out an extraordinary service to control the territory and verify the regularity of moorings, aimed at combating the phenomenon of illegal building on state-owned maritime property in the stretch of water in front of the town of Riva Fiorita.
During the activity, the body of water near Riva Fiorita for a total of 3000 square meters was seized because it was illegally occupied by 53 pleasure boats and a 47-year-old Neapolitan with a police record was also reported for invasion of land or buildings and illegal occupation of state property as provided for by the Navigation Code.
