It was presented this morning at the State Archives of Napoli, the digital platform dedicated to the Four Days of September 1943 will be presented.
Those famous days that saw Neapolitan men and women side with those who decide to decide, with the courage to say “enough” to war and violence and making Naples the first city in Europe to free itself from the German army.
The initiative, realized thanks to the collaboration between the State Archives of Naples, the Anpi, National Association of Italian Partisans, the Campania Institute for the History of the Resistance, Anti-Fascism and the Contemporary Age "Vera Lombardi" and the Gianmaria Lembo Archive.
The initiative was presented by: Gaetano Manfredi, mayor of Naples, Ettore Acerra, regional school director of Campania, Michele Petraroia of the national Anpi, Ciro Raia president of the provincial Anpi, Massimiliano Marotta president of the Italian Institute for Philosophical Studies, Guido D'Agostino president of the Campania Institute for the History of the Resistance and Vincenzo Capuano, toymaker.
