Building abuses in Agerola, the prosecutor's office orders demolitions. This morning the demolitions were carried out by the same owners by virtue of a demolition order from 2005/2007
Bulldozers in action in the coppice wood called Piano di Pianillo in Agerola: several illegal buildings demolished.
The Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office has announced this, stating that the building that was demolished was a 10 by 9 meter structure, three meters high, consisting of a structure with wooden poles, a galvanized sheet metal roof and a perimeter closure partly in galvanized sheet metal and partly in plastic tarpaulins, with an adjacent rainwater collection tank and an attached container.
Another illegal structure measuring 8,60 x 4 metres and three metres high; two sheds measuring approximately 24 and 35 mXNUMX; a concrete screed on which one of the illegal structures rested.
“The execution of demolitions of illegal buildings ordered by the judicial authority – they let us know from the Oplonti Prosecutor's Office – represents, for the protection of the territory, an irreplaceable instrument both in a repressive key, for the restoration of violated environmental conditions, and in a preventive key, for the dissuasive effectiveness against illegal building”.
In this case, a conviction was executed for building abuses dating back to 2005/2007. The demolition was carried out directly by the owner of the illegal buildings, without any advance payment by the Municipality and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
