The police officers, who arrived on the scene, were approached by a driver who said that, after having parked his car on the blue lines and displayed the ticket properly, he had been approached by a man who had asked him for money for parking and, when he refused, had threatened to puncture his car's tires.
The officers identified and stopped the man, a 28-year-old Neapolitan, and reported him for attempted extortion and for being caught working as an illegal parking attendant.
