Record seizure against the Pellicano group and the King of supermarkets: Paolo Siciliano. Here's where the 21 supermarkets were seized
An operation in some ways unprecedented was carried out this morning by the ROS and the Guardia di Finanza of Marcianise, led by Captain Benedetta Antonaci, against the Pellicano group and the entrepreneur Paolo Siciliano.
Law enforcement has seized 21 supermarkets and sealed off other businesses, including cash and carry. The facilities will continue to operate (they will essentially remain open even when seized), but a judicial administrator will soon be appointed, as is standard practice in these cases.
The raid involved businesses owned by Siciliano in Caserta, San Prisco, Marcianise, Mondragone, Capua, Castel Volturno, Casagiove, Aversa, San Nicola, Alvignano, Santa Maria Capua Vetere and Recale
